Return & Refund Policy
Return eligibility
Eligible unused products may be returned within the return period communicated with the order or product information, subject to the conditions below. Items must generally be in original condition, with components, accessories, and packaging reasonably intact.
Non-returnable conditions
Returns may be declined for products showing misuse, excessive wear, alteration, missing components, hygiene-related concerns, or damage not attributable to an original defect. Certain clearance, final-sale, or personalized items may be excluded where clearly disclosed before purchase.
Starting a return
Contact VITAYLO before sending a return. Provide your name, order information, the product involved, and the reason for the request. If the return is accepted, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
Return shipping
Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return and applicable law. Where the return results from customer preference, sizing choice, or other non-defect reason, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility. Approved claims involving an incorrect or defective item may be handled differently.
Inspection
Returned products may be inspected before a refund is approved. We may reasonably reduce or deny a refund where a returned product does not meet stated return conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued using the available original payment method or another lawful method where required. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to display a completed refund after we initiate it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if you receive an incorrect item or a product that appears damaged or defective on arrival. Include photographs or other information reasonably needed to evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges may not always be available. Where an exchange cannot be processed, a return and separate replacement order may be required.
