Shipping overview
VITAYLO ships eligible orders to supported delivery destinations using available carriers and service levels. Shipping availability, cost, and estimated transit time depend on the destination, product, package size, carrier, and order value.
Processing time
Orders are generally prepared after order acceptance and payment confirmation, where applicable. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. High-volume periods, address verification, inventory checks, weather, holidays, or operational conditions may affect processing.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge applicable to an order is disclosed or confirmed during the order process. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may be subject to exclusions, destination limitations, oversized items, or temporary promotional terms.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, inaccurate addresses, access restrictions, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier charges may apply to rerouting or reshipment.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information may be provided when available. A carrier status showing delivery may be used as evidence of delivery to the address provided. If a package appears missing, contact us promptly so available carrier procedures can be reviewed.
Damaged packages
If an order arrives visibly damaged, retain the packaging and product and contact us promptly with relevant order details and photographs where reasonably available. This helps us evaluate carrier or product claims.
International or restricted destinations
Not all products can be shipped to all destinations. International shipments, if offered, may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and local requirements that are outside VITAYLO's control.
